Yvette Rodriguez, President of Premier Compliance Consulting, brings an extensive background and relevant experience to your compliance management program.
Yvette has specialized in all things compliance for over 24 years. Prior to starting Premier Compliance Consulting, she worked as a Compliance Monitor for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. In the 10 years prior, she was the Compliance Director for a non-profit property management organization, supervising the compliance program for all of their properties. As the company’s first Compliance Director, Yvette designed and implemented company policy and procedures for all affordable housing programs and earned a company-wide compliance score of over 99% on all external audits.
Yvette possesses a comprehensive and technical understanding of Section 42 regulatory compliance and relevant industry trends. Throughout her years of experience, she has overseen properties in all stages of the affordability period. She understands the varying requirements of each stage and modifies her monitoring approach to meet the specific needs of each community.
Yvette lives in Georgetown, TX (just North of Austin), which enables easy travel for her throughout Texas and other states. She loves challenges and is extremely passionate about her career, which remains her driving force of motivation and outstanding service.
Angie brings valuable insight to the Premier team with a perspective that began outside of the affordable housing industry.
She started her career working in the mortgage finance industry and quickly realized that her passion was helping families and individuals in need. Through this passion, she transitioned her career focus to becoming an advocate to help those in unique financial situations. Combining her knowledge and experience, she recognized that affordable housing aligned with her career goals and personal passion.
Angie is relatable and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that families and individuals of the communities we serve have the opportunity to enjoy safe, decent, and affordable housing through compliance with the programs we monitor.
Tiffany's journey in the affordable housing industry has been both impressive and fulfilling. Over the past two decades, she has gained valuable experience and knowledge as she advanced through various roles within property management. Starting as a leasing agent in 2003 and progressing to the roles of Assistant Manager and Property Manager, Tiffany’s career ambitions ultimately led her compliance, where she excels and loves to be part of providing affordable housing to families.
As a Compliance Specialist, Tiffany plays a vital role in ensuring that affordable housing remains accessible to those who need it most, while ensuring Premier’s clients remain in compliance with eligibility regulations.

David is a student of McCoy College of Business at Texas State University, working to earn his degree in Business Administration with a focus in Economics. He is a member of the National Honor Society and other prestigious honors organizations.
His academic achievements and innovative approaches have set the foundation for his career advancement and have directly contributed to the continued success of Premier's accounting department. Reinforced by his integrity and principles, David provides first-rate customer service to ensure that our clients receive the consideration and appreciation they deserve.
David's long-term goal is to obtain his MBA in business. His path toward entrepreneurship is paved by the competence and ambition he exhibits through his educational and professional career.
